<p>  Rock Steady Boxing </p>

<p>The mission of Rock Steady Boxing is to empower people with Parkinson’s disease to fight back. Rock Steady Boxing is a nonprofit organization that uses a noncontact fitness curriculum adapted from boxing drills that has been shown to decrease, delay, and even reverse the symptoms of Parkinson’s disease. At RSB, Parkinson’s disease is the opponent.  </p>

<p>RSB expects that by the end of 2016, there will be more than 300 affiliate locations throughout the world and that the Rock Steady method will be a worldwide movement in the fight against Parkinson’s.</p>

This is a great read for folks with PD. Rock Steady Boxing is an excellent program. We need more gyms supplying this to many more folks!
I am a participant in the Rock Steady Boxing class and highly recommend this inspirational book by Julie Young. The book does an excellent job describing the boxing approach to Parkinson's patients and their families. It extends the message of hope and illustrates the methods of the program which provide powerful outcomes. The Rock Steady Boxing program along with this wonderful new book have had a very positive affect in my life. I only hope that all those with Parkinson's disease find this motivating program and wonderful book.
